Brendon is about 5'8, maybe 5'9. (not as tiny as fandom thinks)

I think spencer is at or right under 6'0.

I think this is one of those mysteries of fangirling.

They've GROWN since they started, for one thing, and for another they're always being photographed at weird angles. Spencer's a LOT taller than Brendon and Jon, and Ryan comes somewhere in the middle, but more toward Spencer's end of the scale, but actual numbers I got nothin'.

But they're both slouching so, I'd add maybe one inch? :o

What I want to know is how tall they *all* are. Normally I wouldn't care, but the fact that no one seems to know makes me care.

Brendon's around 5'8. I'm just under 5'7 and he was just barely taller than me in my meet and greet pic.

I've got no idea about Spencer, plus he's always slouching.

I was trying to get Spencer's height relative to his band last month. Apart from one person claiming he's now taller than Bob Byrar, the closest I can figure is Spencer is 5'11 or maybe just a smidge over, and Bden is about 5'8-ish. So I'd say no-one would scream foul if you claimed a 3-inch difference (waits for someone to pounce on that feed line)

I figure spencer would probably look me in the eye were the boy to actually stand up *straight* (which i would assume he doesn't because our generation has chronic bad posture, plus he doesn't want to tower over Ryan because he has bff syndrome.) and I'm 6', so...

I'd say your 4 inches is not at all inaccurate, going by their relative height's to *zack* who i can say without hesitation is at least 4-5 inches taller than myself. he's a big dude, seriously.

SPENCER IS MUCH TALLER THAN BRENDON AND COULD LIFT HIM UP, IF THE SITUATION CALLED FOR IT. This is all I know and all I need to know.

I had this same problem when I was writing a scene in my Pete/Spencer fic, haha. STAND UP STRAIGHT PLEASE SPENCER, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! HELP US OUT HERE!

It's so endearing how Spencer Smith is a GROWING BOY. This is such a unique fandom in that we get to see someone grow up right in front of us! Aww, Spencer, you're becoming a MAN now. He's big enough to pick up Jon instead of vice versa, wtf?

I'm 5'4 and the top of my head comes up to Brendon's eyebrows in my meet&greet pic (he's the only one not slouching, so he's the only one I can accurately judge) - now all we have to do is work out how many inches Brendon's forehead plus hair adds!

oh dear, I'm sitting here going: so I'm 5'11 and I'm clearly A HEFFALUMP. A HEFFALUMP. All short people make me feel like this, even famous ones I will never meet! They are so wee!

See, when people say that Brendon is SO SHORT and it's sorta a consensus that he's around 5'8", I think THAT'S NOT SHORT because my dad is 5'5" and so is pretty much all the males on his side of the family.

We're a short family. *winces*

As long as Spencer is taller than Brendon though, all is well!

so after careful scrutiny of my pictures of the boys plus what has been said here i can accuratly say your assumption of (3 or) 4 inches is pretty odd close XD

I had a complex response crafted with all sorts of details, but then Firefox imploded. sigh.

If memory serves, Spencer is somewhere between 5'10 and 5'11. I'm just under 6'1 and there was a little more than two inches of difference. Brendon is a petite, petite princess with lovely manners. 5'8 is about right.
